7. Objective of the job
– Define a SQL-server AG framework for BI: development standards, metadata
management, logging…
– Integrate all non functional requirements to gather from the DWH team and infra
team.
– Study of the migration from SAS storage to SQL-Server: define approach,
technical migration… follow-up and take part to it.
– Provide architecture, design & support on new or existing SQL Server solutions:
o BI solutions (analysis/reporting/dashboarding) based on SQL Server 2014
& 2017 including SSIS/SSAS/Power BI / DAX.
o Dashboard, KPI & metrics.
– Provide Microsoft database & BI technology expertise (SQL server, etc.) across
IT.
– Provide guidance on SQL Server development (best practices, architecture
guidelines, etc.)
– Support & coaching to SQL server developers.
