 To evaluate the testing effort and the planning of a project
 To put in place tests strategies
 To take part to test scenarios redaction and execution in collaboration with analysts of
the different domains
 To organise Monitoring & Reporting in collaboration with IT projects managers and the
 Identify tests to add to the regression patrimonium
 To manage the other type of test such as :
– Regression tests
– Non-functional tests :
o Performance tests
o Security tests
o Portability tests
o …..

– Excellent knowledge of MS-office Tools
– knowledge of the technical application landscape (at least for one
domain) and at least ‘basic’ knowledge about IT platforms ,
technology solutions , IT (development) standards & software
development lifecycle models
– ‘basic’ knowledge about non functional requirements and software
(& hardware) architecture
– Cobol, DB2, SQL, .Net

Functional experience required
– Experience in test management & test methodology
– Setting up test strategies of projects
– Data and environment preparation
– ALM & UFT tools, VSTS
