• Good general knowledge of information systems matters
• Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model etc.)
• Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other modelling language with equivalent value
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile)
• Capability of preparing and writing business analysis
• Capability to speak to business (i.e. Law Enforcement) and technical audiences
• Strong capacity to give high level presentations
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
• Strong knowledge of and experience business analysis methodologies, such as IIBA BABOK or BCS IDBA
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially customer empathy, listening and writing
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of and experience with SAFe
