1. Nature of the tasks
• Actively support the definition and implementation of the communication and information campaign.
• Support program managers and policy officers to ensure a proper alignment of the program with policy objectives and assess the impact and benefits for stakeholders.
• Define and document a communication plan for the program explicitly considering stakeholders interests, objectives and positions and follow up on its implementation updating and reporting any developments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with program objectives.
• Identify, manage, or escalate misalignments among stakeholders as necessary.
• Provide regular reporting to management and stakeholders on project status and planning.
• Establish and maintain a close relationship with stakeholders to promote their positive involvement in the program.
• Coordinate communication efforts to ensure consistency and clarity across all channels.
• Provide documentation and communication material supporting internal and external stakeholders’ alignment and a uniform understanding of the program dimensions from design to operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and events to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed.
• Ensure all communications are in line with regulatory and organizational standards.
2. Specific Expertise and Technologies:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in communication and relationship management of stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of communication strategies and stakeholder management.
- Strong proficiency in developing and implementing information campaigns.
- Experience with project management and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement best practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to communication and information dissemination.
- Proficient in using various communication platforms and technologies (e.g., social media, content management systems).
3. Certification and/or Standards:
- Optional certifications:
o PM2 (Project Management, Agile, …) ,
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP),
Prince2 - Certified Communications Professional (CCP)
- Certified Public Relations Specialist (CPRS)
4. Education:
EQF Level 6 in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, European Studies, Journalism or a related field.
