For out client EC we are looking for On-boarding Manager
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:
• Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions (Corporate MAPP)
• Creation of stakeholder maps or similar
• Creation of adoption dashboards and reports
• Overseeing the adoption journey of several types of stakeholders
• Gathering and prioritizing business requirements
• Monitoring the progress of the project implementation
• Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
• Autonomously turn program objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to
their implementation
• Managing communications and defining strategies to increase results in line with defined adoption
targets (from awareness to action)
• Creating and enforcing plans that help meet the needs of stakeholders
• Reporting to relevant structure
2. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
• Knowledge of MAPP and financial systems of the EC
• Excellent communication skills: excellent writing skills and proven experience in creating and
providing presentations in English
• Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web contents and user documentation related to
information systems
• Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools
• Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and
Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
• Experience in change management related to the introduction of new information systems to end
users
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Internet browsers, project management tools and asset/content
management system.
• Knowledge of business process analysis.
• Good IT skills
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management and public procurement procedure
• Analytical thinking, excellent problem solving skills
• Agility, results-oriented attitude
• Ability to work autonomously
3. Specific Expertise
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
• Good reporting skills
• Knowledge of EC financial systems and MAPP

5. Service Delivery
• The services shall be performed remotely in Near-Site location allowing to reach the Commission
premises in Brussels within 2 hours.
Laptop will be provided by the Commission.
The external service provider may be requested to participate in the meetings with the Commission’s
services in Brussels (and exceptionally in other locations).
