For out client EC we are looking for Workplace Security Specialist
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
The tasks are related to the supporting of the CAP Information Systems with regards to security aspects, in
accordance with the “Nature of the tasks” expected of a person proposed with the required profile, as
described in the framework contract.
The Contractor’s service provider will execute the contract under the ITIL service management methodology
that DG AGRI uses in order to monitor the administration and support of the CAP Information Systems. The
Contractor will make provision in order that the service provider does not consider the implementation of
that monitoring as direct orders given by the European Commission.
2. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
The knowledge and skills that are required for the performance of the tasks are listed in the description of
the profile in the Annex I of the Call for Tenders’ Service Requirements and Service Level Agreement.
The Location of service delivery will be Brussels. Therefore, in accordance with the Service Requirements
and Service Level Agreement, Contractor’s candidates must be fluent in English. French is an asset.
Documents will be written in English.
3. Specific Expertise
• At least 3 years of experience in conducting Security assessments of information systems
• At least 3 years of experience in provisioning of security studies associated with information system
projects

5. Service Delivery
• The services shall be performed remotely in Near-site location allowing to reach the Commission
premises in Brussels within 2 hours.
• Laptop will be provided by the Commission.
• The external service provider may be requested to participate in the meetings with the Commission’s
services in Brussels (and exceptionally in other locations).
