As a medior EUC Developer, you have at least 2-5 years of experience in managing the life cycle of end-user computing (EUC) solutions :
– You (organize workshops to) gather the business requirements and define solutions with the business client;
– You create queries, analyse reports and evaluate applications;
– You gather extensive diagnostic information, troubleshooting and problem analysis;
– You discuss your findings and proposed improvements with all stakeholders;
– You implement the approved changes;
– You contribute to the testing of the amended queries, reports and applications.

2. Role Scope

We are looking for a junior to medior-level developer with experience in VBA and MS Access. The candidate should have good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) to effectively interact with both the business and their peers from our ABS team. It’s important that they align with our working hours. Additionally, critical thinking is essential, as we are aware that a full one-to-one replacement for all ActiveX elements (e.g., TreeView) may not be feasible. The candidate should be capable of transparent communication, especially when certain requests cannot be fulfilled—being able to confidently say “no” when necessary. The envisioned process is as follows: Throughout the process, proper commenting and regular status updates are expected. These will be addressed during our daily huddles/status update meetings. |
