Project Overview
Context
You will support IT services delivered under a large-scale EU framework focused on information system development, maintenance, cloud migration, and operations across European institutions.
Work is performed in structured environments with strict SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards, often in multi-stakeholder international settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements
- Support analysis of business processes and user needs
- Contribute to functional specifications and use cases
- Help translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
- Support testing activities (UAT, validation of deliverables)
- Produce and maintain documentation (requirements, diagrams, reports)
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams
Requirements
Mandatory
- Basic experience (typically ~1–3 years) in business analysis or IT projects
- Understanding of:
- Requirements gathering techniques
- Business process modelling
- SDLC / Agile principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
Optional / Advantageous Skills
- Experience with EU/public sector environments
- Knowledge of tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, BPMN tools)
- Exposure to cloud or information systems transformation projects
Common Environment / Expectations
- Work under strict quality, security, and compliance frameworks (typical for EU institutions)
- Deliver within defined Service Level Agreements and KPIs
