For our client – agency at EC we are looking for Business Analyst
Freelance Opportunity: IT Medior Business Analyst min 3 years of experience
Location: Near-site Warsaw (Poland)
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of IT‑relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience going through at least one full software solution lifecycle.
Professional Certifications
Candidate must hold at least two of the following:
- CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) or equivalent.
- Certified UML Professional (Foundation Level).
- BPMN 2 Fundamentals or equivalent.
- Other internationally recognized certificates (subject to acceptance as valid).
Core Skills
- Business process modelling using BPMN.
- Requirements and user story elicitation and analysis.
- Knowledge of UML modelling (activity, capability, state diagrams, logical data models, etc.).
- Proficiency with modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect, or similar.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive analytical and project documentation.
- Proven problem‑solving capabilities.
Specific Required Experience
- Business Analyst role on at least one large‑scale project (> 1 year, > €1M budget).
- Experience analysing business processes in several of the following domains:
Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, Project Management. - Experience performing business analysis with Microsoft platforms:
SharePoint 2019 / Subscription Edition / Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse. - Experience analysing capabilities of ServiceNow (custom apps and modules):
Enterprise Asset Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management (on‑prem and cloud setups).
- Desirable Requirements (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in EU agencies or similar public sector environments.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of enterprise architectures and integration patterns.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and data flows.
- Previous involvement in multi‑vendor and distributed delivery environments.
