About the Role
We are seeking a highly senior Project Manager to lead a critical international program focused on a full replacement of the EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) solution across all client locations. This is a strategically important initiative with a direct impact on security and operational standards within the the organization.
The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage multiple suppliers and subcontractors, and represent the project at the highest stakeholder levels, including steering committees and C-level leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a large-scale, multinational rollout of an EPP solution across client environments.
• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, subcontractors, and technical streams.
• Own project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Provide regular reporting and representation at steering committee meetings and C-level discussions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, technical, and operational standards.
• Manage delivery across multiple locations (remote + onsite travel).
• Maintain adherence to agreed KPIs, SLAs, and strategic delivery goals.
Requirements
Must have
• Proven senior-level experience leading large international IT programs (ideally EU/EK, defense, public sector, or complex enterprise environments).
• Excellent English communication skills C1/C2 — essential (client-side PM is British).
• Strong track record in stakeholder management at C suite and executive levels.
• Extensive experience with multi-vendor, multi-country project delivery.
• Willingness to travel across the multiple locations of the organizations.
Nice to have
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA (advantage, not mandatory).
• Experience with cybersecurity, EPP solutions, or large-scale infrastructure rollouts.
