Description:
As a senior Process Manager, you have over 5 years of experience in describing, optimizing and documenting the business processes :
– You work closely with the Product owner and fulfil the bridging function between ICT and business;
– You actively contribute to build new features that are decided, and implement them project based;
– You draw the process flows and request and follow up on adjustments;
– You provide clear and up-to-date documentation, mostly via Jira and Confluence;
– You coordinate the content with the interfaces (including risk functions).You have the following core competences : Collaborating, Conceptual thinking, Critical thinking, Decision making, Eager to learn, Independent, Priority management, Process driven.

In our Employee Care program, we want to offer a new hospitalization insurance product, including outpatient care.
In that context, we need an external profile with knowledge and experience of claims processes for hospitalization insurance and preferably also for outpatient care. What do we expect from this profile?
Design the claims processes, whereby the claims can be processed as automatically as possible, taking into account
– our current IT systems and our current way of working
– the impact on the workforce due to manual processing
– the impact on returns
