1. NATURE OF THE TASKS
• Production and distribution of project support documentation such as plans and reports
• Disseminating project information (reporting) to project stakeholders
• Monitoring the achievement of project activities on behalf of the client’s project manager(s)
• Developing and maintaining project deliverables under the direction of the project manager
• Gathering and inputting data into project management tools and in the new tools still to be set up
• Proofreading & research
• Meeting management and team collaboration
On the Project Management System:
• Support all the project management processes from planning, resourcing, budgeting perspective
• Provide an automated platform for project managers to make the delivery of projects efficient, transparent and measurable
• Support the processes between the client Project Management Team (project managers) and different internal departments such as ICT Operations, ICT Engineering, ICT planning & financial management
• Improve collaboration across departments on project related issues
• Deliver solid management information of the project management processes and products
• Gain insight into the management of projects at a portfolio level
2. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Experience in projects relating to Project Management Tooling
• Experience in working in an international environment and/or EU institutions or bodies
• Experience in working in a highly regulated public/government environment
• Certification on project management methodologies (e.g. Prince 2)
• Knowledge of MS Sharepoint (e.g. 2013 or 2016)
• Knowledge of planning and estimation techniques
• Knowledge of structured project management reporting methods
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
