1. Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical integration project within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management methodologies and a proven track record in delivering successful financial institution-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the integration of a selected banking provider.
- Oversee the implementation of payment processes for external suppliers.
- Lead the rollout of credit card processes and cash management reconciliation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize project management methodologies (PM2, Agile, PMP) to deliver high-quality results.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
2. Job requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies such as PM2, Agile, and PMP.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing banking integration projects or similar financial services projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

4. Service Delivery
The services will be carried out on a full-time basis at the Commission’s premises in Luxembourg (on site / Hybrid mode).
Equipment will be provided by the Commission.
