1. NATURE OF THE TASKS
• Propose, negotiate and agree on quality procedures, standards and specifications following DevOps and agile practices
• Review current standards and policies
• Propose/draft/implement QA related practices and process improvements regarding software development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Act as a catalyst for change and improvements on SDLC process across team boundaries with respect quality aspects
• Work within DevOps teams to establish procedures and best practices and to monitor these against agreed targets
• Monitor software development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities that affect quality and ensure compliance of SDLC with regard to corporate and legal standards
• Facilitate solutions delivery by collecting and analysing quality data
• Facilitate and contribute to lessons-learnt reports of SCRUM and project teams
• Assure the reliability and consistency of SDLC by checking processes and final output within projects
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation including setup/follow-up of metrics
• Assistance in the implementation of IT processes (e.g. project/change/release) management
• Create/maintain checklists for delivery of releases
• Risk analysis
2. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Good knowledge of SDLC related methodologies (e.g. DevOps, SCRUM, SAFe) and tools
• Good knowledge of information systems lifecycle
• Good knowledge of IS quality assurance and quality control practices
• Good experience with quality and testing procedures
• Good knowledge of the continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. CMMi, Six-Sigma)
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2)
• Capable to communicate effectively with different actors involved (testers, developers, architects, project managers, management etc.)
• Strong capacity to give high level presentations.
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
