For our client – financial institution in Brussels we are looking for 2x Functional / Technical Analyst Generic Senior – Onshore – Brussels (Hybrid 50% – at the office)
1. Description:
As a senior generic Functional Analyst, you have over 5 years of experience in managing the functional design of information systems :
– You create the concept and manage the planning for preliminary analysis and design phase;
– You perform the functional analysis of information systems and draw up the functional design after the prestudy;
– You support changes and enhancements from development through production;
– You recommend and implement system enhancements;
– You develop new program requirements and specifications to support specific customer needs;
– You support system upgrades and resolve problems with current systems;
– You analyse service requests to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements and project time estimates.
You have the following core competences : Agile Methodologies, Analytical thinking, Collaborating, Data driven, IT Security, Software development.

Analytically strong Functional/Technical Analyst with expertise in invoicing and accounting software, payment tracking and API integrations.
Experienced in analyzing software packages, translating functional requirements into technical specifications and supporting development teams in implementation.
Strong in communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including package suppliers and developers.
Proficient in functional validation and testing to ensure high-quality software solutions
3. Expertise & Responsibilities:
– Analysis & Integration: In-depth knowledge building of invoicing/accounting packages and their possibilities for payment statuses and payment follow-up.
– API & Technical Specifications: Studying API documentation and translating into technical specifications for developers.
– Stakeholder Management: Maintaining communication with software suppliers and internal teams.
– Functional Validation & Testing: Testing delivered developments and ensuring correct implementation.
– Technical Support: Providing functional support to developers for efficient implementation.
