For out client EC we are looking for Tibco Data Virtualisation and Database Specialist
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
Our client in Brussels, number 2 biggest bank in Belgium, Belfius, is looking to hire a Tibco Data Virtualisation and Database Specialist in their team.
Aim of this hire is to grow maturity in the team, as the tool Tibco Data Virtualization has only recently been bought into the group (3 years ago).
This tool is being used as a mass data virtualization tool in order to exploit, visualise and harmonise data of the whole group.

2. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
The ideal candidate has 3-4 years relevant experience specifically within this tool and has strong SQL skills (being able to perform complex queries, independent from SQL Server or Oracle database). Having a database admin background (particularly around availability and scalability of databases) is a nice to have, but the focus is mostly on TDV (=Tibco Data Virtualization).

5. Service Delivery
English only sufficient. Candidates do need to be onsite, but can be arranged to a couple of days to maximum one week per month in Brussels.
